High street marketing, design and research
After gaining licenses in Spain, bookmakers William Hill with Spanish partner Codere, opened shops in Madrid branded ‘Victoria’. We were asked to produce a set of window posters to promote the new shops. Working with William Hill in England and Victoria in Spain, we produced a set of 2 metre tall window posters that sat alongside Victoria's branding, enhancing the shop’s high street presence.
Our involvement with William Hill also included the research and development of one of the betting worlds fastest growing markets: in-shop fixed odds betting terminals - or FOBT’s. We researched rival high street bookmakers to find out how they marketed their machines, and based on the results, we designed ‘zoned’ areas to create theatre inside the shop environment - one of the many suggestions is shown here.
A strong window presence is essential for any high street business and William Hill are no exception. These corporate, branded window posters stand almost 2 metres high with strong visual imagery and a built in type hierarchy ensuring the message is broadcast as strongly as possible..
